Okay I need help with my diet/exercise regime. I've lost 80 pounds in one year due to giving birth to twins. I like to believe my diet is fairly clean, but I struggle meeting my caloric needs. I'm 103 pounds and usually consume around 1100. Yesterdays macros were 92g carbs 32g fats and 102 G protein. I've discovered the only thing to budge my plateau was to start carb cycling. My low is around 85 and high at 130. I'm very skinny everywhere except for my stomach. I do 15 minutes of hiit then strength.
