I've watched three or four tutorials on these mirror glaze cakes. Wondering if anyone has made one and can answer a couple of questions?
Do you store it in the fridge after you've made it?
If you use mousse as the layer underneath, does it need to be frozen? And if you do that - do you need to freeze the cake after you've iced it?
Can you use butter cream underneath? Or is there something that smoothes our easily? I imagine fondant wouldn't work. . .
Please help.
