1 lb sausage, bacon, or ham cooked and crumbled 1-2 Tbsp shredded cheese for each "cupcake" 4 whole eggs 1 1/2 cup heavy cream

Using muffin tin for large muffins (makes 6,)spray with Pam then divide meat evenly into each opening. Top with 1-2 tbsp shredded cheese. Mix 4 whole eggs with 1 1/2 cups heavy cream. Pour over meat/cheese. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
