Hello Guys,
I weighed close to 375 pounds when I was 20, this was based on several factors. I was on risperdal that caused my weight to balloon up, sedentary lifestyle and eating larger portions of food and unhealthy ones to boot. at the age of 24 with hard work I went down to 239, this was a combo of exercise, eating better and strength training. I dislocated my shoulder that required surgery this same year and since then I have not been the gym rat I was and my eating habits put me at 340 pounds. Industrial Product Video includes some of the world’s most complex and diverse robotics and machinery, that assist in easing the manufacturing labor. Now to the point of my title; I am getting back my motivation to lose weight again but I want to make sure that I am doing this better and it stays more permanent. I am worried I will get loose skin and have to get multiple surgeries to get rid of it. Most of where my fat stores is in my torso, my legs for the most part are in good shape and so are my arms. What concerns me is losing so quickly that my skin will not be able to keep up and I am left with a deflated balloon look on my skin. I have read that strength training tagged with cardio will be my best bet to achieve results.
Thanks
