I eat 700 cals a day and exercise every day but lately I have no energy. I'm a vegetarian and I cut out all junk food I only drink water and tea and I don't include salt in my diet whatsoever. In addition to that I don't drink coffee but it's my addiction. I was wondering if I don't exercise anymore and I continue eating like I usually do 500-700 calories a day of oatmeal and a banana in the morning and the rest of the day I eat nothing but vegetables and minimal fruit but I make up the rest of the calories with my coffee, will I gain weight or stay the same, or maybe lose?
