I just wanted to quickly share my thoughts on fasting for fat loss. I say fat loss and not weight loss for a reason because I feel like a lot of fasting methods out there will help you lose weight, but a lot of that weight is actually muscle. I personally have lost around 50 pounds of weight from intermittent fasting and have had verying success from muscle loss and fat loss.
