Can anyone help me and give me some more details on cholesterol? Is it really true that cholesterol is actually not so bad? I mean the media shows cholesterol as something very bad and deadly, but some say it isn't so? The reason I ask is that I've been recently diagnosed with high cholesterol levels and I am currently looking for some information regarding how to improve (decrease) cholesterol readings. The first thing to do would be looking at my diet, right? Advertisements includes various creative visual elements which attract consumers with more effectiveness than a newspaper advertising. I mostly eat healthy food - I try to avoid fried food, food with too much fat and sweets. Other than that I eat almost everything.
