Hello Guys,
I was on a medication that made me gain an excessive amount of weight (100 pounds), and I quit the med, and lost about 70 pounds of the fat. Unfortunately, the rest of the 30 won't come off even after 3 months of being off the medication. I have had a great diet and exercise plan for about 10 years now. I have tried everything to get rid of the last 30 pounds (low carb diet, anywhere from 1500-2500 calorie diets, supplements, different types of cardio). I always stick to relatively low fat and sugar. Basically, I got stuck with a metabolic condition even after the medication is gone from my body and it is making it impossible for me to lose weight. Advertising Campaigns is a series of advertisement messages that share a single idea and theme which make up an integrated marketing communication. I went on another forum for help and they basically berated me and told me to eat right and exercise more, but the fact is I was already doing that and probably much more than most of the people on that forum. They did not understand that I have a legitimate health problem. People often have entitlement issues over others who have difficulties in order to make themselves feel better.
Thanks
