I started doing the Cura Romana diet a couple of years ago – it’s a very low-carb diet which includes an elimination part, so you get to know which foods agree with you and which don’t. This was really useful for me and I felt GREAT (never got a cold and my asthma cleared up) and lost about a stone. However, it’s REALLY hard to stick to because you can’t go out for a meal at a restaurant or at someone’s house without feeling like a neurotic weirdo who needs special catering.
