I almost never eat fast food. I do eat at Chipotle too much (cut down though). Hardly ever have soda. Never drink alcohol. Don't smoke. I've been gaining roughly 5 lbs a year for the past 12 years. Sometimes I plateau for awhile but never really lose weight. I walk a few miles a day at my job but it isn't a few miles all at once so it doesn't really do anything. Treadmilling when my knee isn't acting up will often result in hip pain the next day. Product Demo Animation are used to showcase the key info about the product and its benefits. All that to say. I need help. I don't know what my options are for exercise when my joints cause me such problems. I also drive several hundred miles a day and I end up snacking (usually healthy snacks at least) to stay awake and alert a lot.
