I am a 224lbs, 5'57 23 y/o, placing me at a BMR right below 2800. If I multiply that by 1.2 (sedentary) I get 3360, which is roughly FIVE TIMES what I've eaten today. I do still have one more meal to go, but given my numbers I should already be dropping pounds like there was no tomorrow. If I really want to feel full today, I could go to the store and buy a 400g pizza, which on the label tells me that it has 222 calories per 100 grams, giving the whole pizza a calorie amount of 888 (let's say 900 for measure). Animated Brand Video are being used by leading and startup companies to reach to their audience and market themselves. Now, according to this I could potentially eat two of those pizzas and still lose weight, punching in at 1800 calories + 700 from earlier. That would put me at 2500 calories (yay, I can eat two pizzas and lose weight!)
